Amazing place with very friendly coaches and members.
Starting off made me nervous for sure and I am sure it can be with others but they take it step by step and really show the fundamentals and foundation of each principle and are always looking to help each member grow and get involved. They don’t just focus on the older members who are more tenured.
They are welcoming/very friendly and have get togethers and other events for members. If you are looking to get into any BJJ/Muy Thai/Judo and or strength and conditioning you need to check out Tribe and try a trial class and you will see!
